Elliot and Unda1


One hot summer's day
in a place by a bay,
the Gogan's with claims came a-calling.

Said, young Pete was theirs -
like all of their wares -
a notion most found quite appalling.

Their plan was to seize
and do as they please,
beginning with lots of name calling.

But Elliot giggled
when Unda's tail wiggled
and bath time arrived (with some bawling).

Thus mermaid and worm
did jointly confirm
that mythical beasts are enthralling!
