what manner being
rises from bed
to find himself
confined in his head?
wandering down halls
from door to door,
pondering tomorrow,
looking for more.
a victim of theories,
rock without roll,
man without spirit
man without soul,
looking for clues
wherever he goes
in the eyes of the people
he thinks that he knows.
