A thought understandable to both child and adult


Show me where the mirages go
So I can talk and laugh to myself;
Pleasure’s sweet call makes urges grow,
And makes a mind foolish and deaf.

All flesh go where mirages go!
Each leaves behind things that stirred its lust.
What they failed to get, taste or know
Don’t trouble those laid in the dust.
