When I don’t consistently take my antidepressants 🤷🏽‍♀️

I thought I was safe.
Far away from the edge.
I was doing well.
But then, I turned around it was right there!
I almost fell in… how did I get so close?
Instinctively, I tried running away from it, but why?
To despair in a truth, or feel the softness of a lie.
