Self-Sacrifice

For those who will not let life drag them down.

Life makes me bleed.
But I will help even though it hurts.
I will endure even though I suffer.

I will not be broken.
I will continue to help others.
I will always be there with a helping hand.

I can be consumed with hate.
But I will not repeat it to others.
I will show compassion.

Anger can swell in me like a storm.
But I will control it.
I will not cause anger in others.

I will sacrifice myself for others.
I will sacrifice myself so that others will not sorrow.
I will sacrifice myself for my family because it is my everything.
