Ajna insight

Sometimes they are but shadows in the mist - a dark image in a fog

Sometimes they’ll stop and look at me a moment - contemplating my situation

Sometimes one’ll be sorta waving they’re hand in front of me around my face; - sometimes around other parts of my body;.. I presume they are adjusting my energy field:… I do absorb spiritual energy and bad negativity can effect me quite horribly
