I found her....AGAIN.

For years I searched
For the girl I lost.
Every way
No matter the cost.

I’d looked so long
About lost all hope.
An email came,
A lead to scope.

Mustering nerve
And taking a chance
Just as I did
That night at the dance.

Wondering how
She would know t’was Me
I wrote her name
Just one word, Pookie.

I mailed the card
I waited to hear
Hoping she’d write
And calm all my fears.

That email came
T’was joy in my heart
My world has changed
