Was walking his dog
on a long lesh
On a crisp fall day,

Along the Fake Venice canal
In Gimpo, Korea
Thinking that it was great exercise.

When his dog started
Barking excitedly
As they passed a tree
Filled with messages.

Checking the tree-mail
He found the message
He was dreading,

Sam was a retired secret agent
Monitoring the world for messages
From the alien invaders.

The message read

“Be aware
We are watching you
You thought you could hide

But we are everywhere
And your date with fate
Is coming up soon.”

His dog spoke up,

“it is time for you to go
We have been waiting for you.
You need to come with us. ”

Sam looked up,
And saw a portal
Spinning In the sky.

And he and his dog
Jumped through the gate,
And were never seen again.
