A ode about being found by another

At one time I assumed I was thinking alone
I thought that the way I am was strange,
Unheard of
Then someone found me
Found me for who I am
Found and accepted me
Made me feel like I was normal again
Made me feel whole again
I felt as though I would never be found again
But she came along and didn't just find me
I was found and exposed to a new light
The light of new horizons
