How "The Derg" came to be

I have to give lots of credit and a very special thanks to Angelica Weatherby- Snowangel Author IconMail Icon. It was their character in response to one of my In & Out items I made. If it wasn't for their support in my using their character, "The Derg" would not have happened. So, here it is:
