Poetry in Amphion form (described following poem) about a man and his car. |
| Rain is beating down outside, upon the house, upon my spouse. His stubbornness can't be denied. He stands out there without a care. He promised he would wash the car. It's thick with grime, but, still, this time he's gone too far. Amphion form:: 10 lines. Metered, tetrameter lines alternate with sets of rhymed dimeter couplets. Rhymed, rhyme scheme abbaccdeed |
