A wet path

After putting on a pair of galoshes you found in the cabin, you proceeded down the stream towards the valley. Many colorful fish swam around your legs and frogs hop out as you disturbed them. The banks became shallower as the brook reached the valley. Finally it ended in a large lake in the valley's center. A village had been built on it's banks. Some fishermen, who were casting a net, notice you and wave.
