The Five Guys Burgers in Medford, Oregon.

He ordered onion rings
along with his cheeseburger
as it was National Onion Rings Day.

Afterwards, he went to Panera
ordered a chocolate eclair and coffee
as it was also
National Chocolate Eclair Day.

All in all a good day
He thought.

But sadly,
his blood sugar levels
and his spiking cholesterol disagreed
both spiking to dangerous levels..

“Oh well, he said,
YOLO you only live once”

He said to the ER doctor
Who treated him
For a massive heart attack
That almost killed him.
