What A Job

I was the oldest member of the crew of the "ship" Ignus Fatuous. We were "cursed" actors.

I worked as a scare actor. Simple job, pretend to be cursed crew of a ghost ship.

Guests walked through, saw the horrors. All actors effects and props. It was the antithesis of normal workplace.

We were performing during the summer with no air conditioning in full costume—military style "uniforms".

Some guests bullied the actors.

A guy came in, he punched one of my co-workers, trashed the place and gave me a concussion.

There was a ladder from the first to the second floor. I fell, caught the railing, landed feet first on cement.

It was a strange experience.
