I would say, find your Yellow car and get more Points.

My habit, among others with busy work and settlement in life, is to always think. Think about the same tight and mechanical schedule.
I have two daughters my time is spent with, though not fully or in the moment. As I’m always thinking of my business, all my spendings, my jobs, etc.
I always wanted to change this about myself as I knew that thinking is a very stressful and useless thing I spend my time doing.
One day while dropping my younger daughter to school, she zealfully shouted,
"Yellow Car!”
Exclaiming, “ I have got more points!”
I didn't understand, so she explained to me again,
“Papa, it's a game. If you spot a yellow car first you will get more points.”
Ever since then, she does this on all our trips.
I always think the same ninety percent useless things and ignore her.
Though one day, my life’s changing day was when I spotted the yellow car first. In excitement I called out,
“Yellow car! This time I’ve got more points!”
Since then we have started doing it all the time together.
That was my growing day. As now, I feel so mindful, have awareness and a presence of mind when dropping my younger daughter to school.
I left thinking of business too much. Now I am always involved with this exciting game. I don't do the ninety percent useless thinking of ‘what's in my schedule’. I just write down what to do next day and first of all try to find a yellow car with my daughter.
I would say, find your Yellow car and get more Points.
