No Restrictions | I Am Thankful For I am thankful for peas small and round. I push them to roll them onto the ground. I am thankful for Mommy not seeing me do this. She says I should not give green veggies a miss. I am thankful for my dog, slobbery and stinky. He eats all the yucky stuff I find hinky. I am thankful he sits close and makes sharing easy. 'Cause veggies are gross and make my insides queasy. I am thankful for cookies oh so yummy. They fit in my hand and then in my tummy. I am thankful for my baby brother not having any teeth. No cookies for him and he chews on my fingers, my toes and whatever he can reach. I am thankful for my little brother not eating my stuff. If he could eat my cookies there wouldn't be enough. I am thankful for my feet liking to climb and run. Because of them we always have fun. I am thankful for wet puddles and cool mud that I can clomp. My feet and I like to splash, squish and stomp. I am thankful for my baby brother now that he's here. Less mushy kisses and squeezes for me with coos of 'oh dear.' I am thankful for him being the one picked up and carried around. I really prefer standing like a big boy with my feet on the ground. I am thankful for the baby, I can see he is cute even if he farts and Mommy calls it a toot. I am thankful for my family Mommy, Daddy, baby brother and me. As long as I still get the good cookies and he eats those peas, it's okay we're no longer a family of three. 26 lines |
