Poetry of resilience and strength

When fate has struck, and you’ve been thrown low,
Lift your gaze, let your inner strength glow.
In the grasp of defeat, refuse to concede,
For surrender is where victory is freed.

Visualize triumph, see it pure and bright,
The war is not over, hold fast to the fight.
Though the enemy mocks and claims you’ve been bested,
In your soul, you stand unshaken, untested.

Battle for your truth, for the life you’ve envisioned,
Ignite your soul with passion’s precision.
Let not the world steal your will or your spark,
Rise, summon your strength, and leave your mark.

Within you resides a force yet untamed,
A legacy of valor, unshaken, unflamed.
Never surrender, never give in to despair,
Your light is relentless, a beacon rare.

So rise once more, with purpose and grace,
Strive for your dreams, set your own pace.
In every struggle, you’ll find your ascent,
For as long as you fight, your spirit is lent

"The Shape of My Silence"

How do you scream
when your mouth is sealed shut?
When your fists are folded
into prayers, not protest?

Anger simmers—
not in fire,
but in the quiet ache
behind my eyes.

They say,
“Don’t raise your voice,”
so I raise my blood pressure,
my heartbeat,
my walls.

Tears fall,
not out of weakness,
but out of pressure.
Not sorrow,
but steam.
Not sadness—
but something deeper,
emptier.

I do not throw fists.
I throw words
into the void,
and even they
refuse to echo.

Tell me:
Is this anger,
or is it grief
in a war mask?

I carry it all
behind polite smiles
and closed doors—
until silence becomes
my loudest scream.
