broccoli - An acrostic with as much enthusiasm as displayed for the vegetable itself!

bring it on Brassica oleracea var!
rich in vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants
on toast, in a soup or salad
cabbage family
can't do it.
oh I tried to talk myself into it
like broccoli?
i cannot.
