dancing under the stars

She went to reach out and touch it
Then it wasn't there
Like a scene from a movie there was magic
in the air
Her heart began singing
Lost in a trance
Her feet wished to dance
The stars in her eyes left her love
a final chance
He stared at her lovingly
and gripped her hand tight
They danced under the stars
and all through the night
