Mark, Ronald, and Mint.

The Holon Region has Pokémon from all over the world.

The Holon Region has Clubs which work as a mix of Gyms and Contests. By defeating the Club Master, the challenger receives a Club Medal. There's a Club for every type, but only eight are needed to access the Pokémon Dome and battle the Grand Masters for a chance to become Champion.

Mark https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Mark.png
Curious and eager young trainer new to the world of Pokémon. He's enthusiastic about his Pokémon journey and eager to learn as much as he can. Mark is friendly and approachable, making it easy for others to relate to him.

At the same time, Mark has a bit of an everyman quality - he's not overly confident or assertive, but rather humble and open-minded. He's willing to listen to the advice and perspectives of others, making him a good foil for the more strong-willed.

Mark's curiosity and willingness to learn means he's always asking questions and striving to improve his skills as a trainer.

Ronald https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Rando.png
An exceptionally talented Pokémon trainer and knows it. He has a huge ego and sense of superiority, looking down on other trainers as inferior. Ronaldo has been training Pokémon since a very young age and has already amassed an impressive collection of Pokémon battle tactics.

Rather than being friendly and supportive, Ronaldo is rude, condescending, and dismissive towards other characters, especially the more naive and inexperienced Mark. He frequently makes snide comments and belittles their skills, abilities, and Pokémon choices.

Ronaldo sees Pokémon training as a competition, and he is determined to be the best. He will go to great lengths to win battles and one-up other trainers, even if it means using underhanded tactics or exploiting loopholes. Winning is everything to him.

Beneath Ronaldo's arrogant exterior, he has insecurities and a desire to prove himself, stemming from pressure put on him by his family. If pushed, his confident facade slips, revealing a more vulnerable side.

Mint https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/File:Mint_2.png
A driven and focused Pokémon trainer who has her own specific goals and ambitions in mind as she embarks on her journey. Unlike the more aimless Mark or the overly competitive Ronaldo, Mint has a clear vision of what she wants to achieve.

At her core, Mint is a compassionate and supportive friend, especially towards the more naive and uncertain Mark. She recognizes his potential and is willing to offer guidance, advice, and assistance to help him improve his skills as a trainer. Mint genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her Pokémon and the people around her.

However, Mint is also highly ambitious and determined when it comes to her own personal goals. She is meticulous in her training regimen, constantly striving to make her Pokémon as graceful, elegant, and capable of breathtaking performances as possible. Mint is not afraid to get her hands dirty and put in the hard work required to achieve her dream of becoming a master of Pokémon Contests and showcasing their beauty to the world.

Importantly, Mint's goals may not always align with those of Mark or Ronaldo. Perhaps she is aiming to collect a specific set of rare Pokemon, or wants to prove herself in a certain Pokemon competition. This can create moments of tension and conflict as the trio's paths diverge, testing the strength of their friendship.

Mint is also confident and assertive, but in a more measured way than the brash Ronaldo. She is willing to stand up to him and defend Mark when necessary, using her intelligence and tactical thinking to outmaneuver the arrogant rival.
