Is shot on the screen of your mind?
You see one thing
The Lord beholds another,
You see Peter,
Fickle, unstable, the greatest denier,
The Lord sees a rock-
Immovable and stable.
You see Thomas,
-a dismal doubter,
The Lord sees
An enthusiastic and rapturous confessor,
My Lord and my God echoes through eternity.
You see David,
A weak man,
Tumbling at the slightest prompting.
The Lord sees
A man after his own heart.
What do you see of yourself?
Weak, doubtful, fearful....
The Lord sees,
A man full of faith,
Holy ghost, wisdom and power,
A man of exploits,
Look Again!
