Dancing with another

He asked if he could buy her a drink
After complimenting her attractiveness
and expressing his desires to dance with her
Ignoring her red flag intuitions, she obliged, and accepted a drink

He left

Standing alone at the bar...

She drank

Walked around to find him dancing with another woman for the rest of the evening
While staring into her eyes each time she passed by

That was the evening...

No further exchange.

Few days later, at a different place now
Hanging and dancing with her friends
She spots him there...

He sees her too...

He asks her if she remembers him

To which she replies, "of course,"
"and, who asks a lady if he can buy her a drink and then doesn't dance with her?"
So they wind up dancing

He takes her home
She spends the night
But he gets none.

When he drops her home in the morning,
that's when they realize they havent even exchanged information yet

They plan to meet again
He never shows up...

Misunderstanding understood on both ends...

So they plan to hang, once again.
One successful dinner cooked by her for him
He expresses his gratefulness and impression
But still, he gets none.

Two successful nights of dancing
Followed through
The deed is now done.

They planned to go dance once again
He says he'll pick her up after work
She stands stood up again

She got confused, got worried, got upset

Called, left voice messages and texts.

He didn't call back
She sent an accidental text 2 days later
He finally, actually calls.

She doesnt' answer.

They text and finally speak
He explains a story
sounded legit
she decided to believe him

She forgives
They agree
It's "you and me"?
He says, "definitely"

So they plan to speak
and he tells her when to call...

She does

No answer

5 or 6 days later...

Still wondering where this call went.

What is this?
How could she have been so fooled?

Or is he even okay?

He never answered,
not at all

She is out by herself
Once more
Dancing for peace with love
Only to find him
on the other end of the lounge
Once again,
Dancing with another girl....
