Not all wounds vanish quietly.
Some stay behind, etched reminders.
A scar isn’t shame, it’s survival.
Proof that pain walked through,
And you stayed.

Time doesn’t stitch in straight lines.
Some days reopen what seemed closed.
Some healing whispers,
Some healing waits.

But today, we try.
One breath, one step, one choice
To begin again.
