Just a poem

Colloquy with mirror


How can I help you?

If I am the one who

Needs your assistance?


I have travelled far,

In quest of a star

To shine on the distance


Then I spent my soul

And my heart, and all

Hope, and persistence


But I found nothing more

Than a vague answer for

The claim to existence


I am beat, I give up

Retreat, then I'll stop

All my resistance
