Short poem about enduring love |
| My love for you will never fade It flows through my veins in ebbs and waves It flows with strength, it flows with pain My heart will never love this way again We've stayed the course We've fought the wars We're bound together for evermore We said our vows with family and friends And we'll keep our promises till the end We'll always hold each other tight And lose love briefly when we fight We're friends, we're lovers We're sparring partners We're two halves of a whole We're one in mind, body and soul And when the day comes when one of us lies cold Our love will remain in the true pattern of old For me there will be no other like you Dead or alive my love will always remain true. |
