A poem about my paternal grandmother

A tough old lady
Who I barely got to know
My grandma Lulu

I hear that she was
Generous and very smart
From those who knew her

She always knew how
To inspire those around her
To work for others

She could do crosswords
Without help from books or friends
And always in ink

So although my thoughts
Of her are fuzzy at best
What I hear is good
