Amongst our private patch of woods…
birds immerse themselves in chores…
nesting, feeding, and whatever else they do.
And over amongst our feeders…
A Robin settles in.

Amongst our private patch of woods…
birds conceal themselves from danger…
Bluebirds, Cardinals, and whatever else there are.
And over amongst our feeders…
A Robin settles in.

Amongst our private patch of woods…
birds ready themselves for flight…
From high, from low, from in between…
to make their way amongst our feeders…
where the Robin settles in.
