A seasonal acrostic (where the 1st letters of each line spell a word or phrase).


Crispy calls of Ho, Ho, Ho.
Heavy tramping on the roof.
Reindeer droppings in the yard.
It's Christmas time again.

Santa left some nifty toys, but
Took my favorite ornaments.
Made a mess beneath the tree,
And really trashed the den.

Stole the wreath right off the door.
Didn't even leave the bow.
All in all, I'm just glad that
Yuletime's come and gone. Amen.
