Fearless Exploits

Last Stand
by: Reagana

Woe to he who travels near,
Fearless exploits come undone.

Darkness falls and with it, fear,
Paralyzed, he cannot run.

Eyes of fire seek him out,
Willing him to claim his right.

Scrolls and books hide the spell,
That he would have, if not too late.

But Dragon claimed his soul to sell,
And spoke to him of his fate.

Fearing death, he turned about,
But shaking earth blurred his sight.

Molten lava blocked his route,
Nothing left, but to fight.

Dragon slayer he would be,
Fearless knight, strong and brave.

Taking home the victory,
All his people, he would save.
