2025 was quite a year

As Trump 2.0 took shape
Moving towards
A Christian Fascist takes over
Of the US and the world.

As our leaders flood the zone
With constant change, chaos
And outright lies.

Putting his name
At the Kennedy Center
And the Institute of Peace
Perhaps the new Commanders’ stadium.

Tearing down the East Wing
To build a guady
Saddam Hussein-style ballroom
During the government shutdown.

The Republicans in Congress
Mostly lie silent
Letting the Dear Leader
Take Charge.

The Democrats fight back
But not enough
to change things.

And the New Year's begins
With the US kidnapping
The President of Venezuela.

As the President doubles down
As more No King Rallies
Are planned.
