| Oven Roasted Asparagus Ingredients One bunch of Asparagus A Drizzle of Olive Oil Parmesan Cheese Seasoned Breadcrumbs Salt & Pepper to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 400 Degrees Cut the woody parts at the bottom of the asparagus; sometimes they'll snap at just the right spot. Drizzle Olive Oil to coat the spears. Arrange on a baking sheet in one layer. Sprinkle lightly with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake 7 - 12 minutes, until soft, and tips char slightly. |
