Water

Water is deceptively powerful.

         I think of water as playful, necessary for life, and definitely the most refreshing drink of all.

All the good, healthiness we get from dark, raw, unrefined and mildly nutritious cane sugar has for decades given way to white, refined sugar.

Is it just because you can't make pink frosting with brown sugar?

A rock is seen as hard, unrelenting and seemingly eternal. "Solid, like a rock."

How feeble minded to think of time in terms of minutes, days or even millennia. Some things take eons.

                             

If the lowly water steadily drips long enough on a rock, eventually the mighty rock will be no more.

One way or another, whether by steam, ice or plain water, in the end, it gets it's way.
