If a dog could talk, what do you think it would say?

If you love me....

If you love me, do not leave me in a car that will become hot,
If you love me, bring me into the house when the temperature gets very cold or snows,
If you love me, make sure my water bowl is full, and I have something nice to eat,
If you love me, take me on some long walks in a park or forest,
If you love me, brush my coat, and play with me.
If you love me take me to the vet if I don't feel good,
If you love me, you will never hit me or hurt me,
If you love me, give me time to adjust, learn your rules,
I am your family and I will love you.
I want you to know that I will always try to be good.
If you cannot take care of me, find me another good home.
If you love me, you will see me as your family who will be loving and loyal. Please never abandon me.


Shelters are full. Many dogs deserve a second chance to show how wonderful they are. Foster or potential adoptions will give a dog the chance he or she needs. Most dogs are already neutered or spayed to prevent puppies people don't want. There is no better love than a dog who is rescued and treated well.
