Unforgettable

A ten line poem about unforgettable holidays

So many journeys, it’s hard to decide,
From beaches to mountains to that camel ride.
Swimming with wildlife on an Australian shore,
Dolphins, turtles, whale sharks and more.

The time we almost were blown away
In a Typhoon on an Asian holiday.
We stayed in Phuket in a hut on the beach,
A day later a Tsunami swept it way out of reach!

Travel is great for the mind, so they say.
There are also risks. But we got away.
