Another Ordinary Tuesday

Hope survives where hunger, silence, and ordinary days quietly shape our darkest reality.

Morning arrives wearing the borrowed smile of the night before.

The mirror perfects a stranger until I answer to his name.

Bills bloom faster than gardens, while hunger masters quiet dignity.

Children inherit silence as faithfully as old houses inherit cracks.

Hope survives disguised as yet another ordinary Tuesday.

The headlines count the dead while the sky rehearses innocence.

Even love learns to ration its heartbeat against the cost of living.

Still, beneath the concrete, one stubborn root keeps choosing earth.

Perhaps courage is nothing more than opening the curtains again.

And calling this wounded world home before daring to heal it.
