How can anyone doubt that the serpent could be a description of a type of Angel

He was an angel
With many faces
Like the bull and Eagle
A touch of the divine
But his greatest from
That of a dragon
Revered by the ancient
Keeper of chasms

He was so wise
Thinking millennia ahead
Yet so brash and foolish
To resist the Head
God he opposed
The eternal despised
By his rejection fell
The father of lies

To some he is man
To some a dark lord
But he bows to Jesus
He cant win his war
Pantheons chief
Wearer of guises
His time is short
Till his eternal demise
