Hearts that have hurt, are now healed, by love, by care, by Him.

You say to me
Each day.

"You know your smile
It calms me
I have such peace,"
You say.

Are you aware
My eyes shine
And twinkle just
For you?

Do you not know
My heart sings
And beats for thee
On cue?

Oh that we may
Have the peace
That comes from God
Above.

That we may share
All the things
That God gives us
In love.

Love and patience,
Goodness, joy,
Faithfulness
We’ll share.

May we share too
Gentleness
As we learn how
To care.

Hearts that have hurt
Are now healed
By love, by care,
By Him.

We’ll dance the night
Away with God
Our hearts and souls
Will sing.
