How can you say you don't care

Why do we hurt the ones we love
It makes no sense why that would be true
I feel like I'm insensitive
I feel like I'm always hurting you
I'm sorry for the way I act when I do
I love you more than you can believe
I probably don't deserve any more chances
But what it was, was a simple mistake

But if it really is true what they say
