Broken Promises

This poem is made up entirely of Haikus, except the last stanza

Broken Promises
Like shattered dreams await me
No one tells the truth

People with two sides
They say they want to help you
They just make it worse

All the people lie
They sugarcoat bitter words
To put you at peace

But it does no good
Only harm can come of it
Lies can't protect you

Keep your promises
Beware the two-faced people
Who will break their word
Not to mention your heart
