Ten

The countdown starts and a New Year's about to begin.

Nine

Thinking of a resolution, just one that is mine.

Eight

A simple one that I can keep, not one that is too great.

Seven

Should I finally take that trip and climb a mountain?

Six

Maybe take that weekend cruise and see the tropics?

Five

Either would be better then learning to skydive.

Four

Oh, hurry up brain you can surely come up with something more!

Three

Even if I flop on a resolution I shouldn't feel guilty.

Two

Now there is something I can do before another year is through.

One

I will not let myself feel guilty for all the things I don't get done.
