Brothers' End

I wrote this in eleventh grade english class. It is about the holocaust.

As our brothers burn in the flames
a young one weeps and prays
for ash is all that remains
of our brothers who burned in the flames

If only we'd listened
to the warnings given then
we wouldn't regret our decision
as we all await the end
