Manhunt

Cameras catch red-light runners,
Grab images from light poles,
In mall parking lots,
and near gas station pumps.

A manhunt--
frustrated--
a killer's luck.

Now, military
surveillance planes
are pitching in.

Nine deaths,
two wounded,
Maryland, Virgina and Washington DC.

A manhunt--
frustrated--
a killer's luck.

The average American
caught on camera
eight to ten times
a day.

Adapting security
to deter
the sniper.

Surveillance in
public places
more prevalent.

Police are not saying
how helpful
all those lenses
have been.

In the hunt
for
The Sniper.

A manhunt--
frustrated--
a killer's luck.

Surveillance technology
increasingly employed
in criminal investigations.

Face-recognition technology
compares crowds
with databases of
Criminals.

Civil liberty groups
and citizens concerned.
Having every move
Recorded.

A manhunt--
frustrated--
a killer's luck.
