A guy who would rather live his life shallow and emotionless than to explore love.

I drift by you,
Floating-
Like a bottle with a message,
Yet you won't pick it up,
Afraid of what it may say.

So you live your life in the shallow waters,
Never brave enough to swim the deep.
Afraid to explore its beauty-
Afraid of the dangers.
How can I trigger your curiosity?

You don't appreciate it
Because you don't know.
So caught up in the surface
That you don't dare wonder
Of a whole world underneath.
