My Mom is precious
and sweet
often giving her priceless time
for me

Above everything else, though,
she is a person.
I love her
for doing the things
that make her
happy and healthy.

She is thus able
to help me with
homework and soccer
scouting and laughs.

She is a wonder.
I am not sure
where she comes from
or even why she is
so special to me.
All I know is,
I love her so much.
