Love conquers all (Published / Recorded 2003)
As I reflect on life,
include her in my vision
I have all but fulfilled, my
life-long mission.

Happiness as soft,
as a hatchling's feather,
we raised our children,
despite the weather.

Now on our porch, I find myself
telling you our old stories,
remembering how you, would
sate my old worries.

You would hold my hand and
shake your head,
you were my destiny,
even before we were wed.

As I look around now, grimly,
I miss you but now I remember
I will see you soon, for I forgot,
I lost you three years ago this December.
