I'm not a poet so this is my first atempt at poetry.

I feel empty
something inside is not right
I feel alone
no one is my companion
I am alive
yet in life I feel dead
I feel hate
but there is nothing and no one to blame but me
I feel tired
a nightmare keeps me awake
I am free
but held back by restraints
I feel regret
for something I can not control
I feel love
but have no way to express it
I feel nothing
