Rain drizzling I'm in a warm blanket shivering....

Rain drizzling
I'm in a warm blanket shivering
Remembering
Days much better then these
Warm cocoa,letter at my knees
From a friend
"..someday your rainy day will end."
I smile, take another sip from my mug
Letter signed, "Always" as in I will always love
From a friend
Hard as life sometimes may be
Honestly, I must take the the time to see..the sun
Peeking through these rain clouds
I laugh out loud, memories, knowing someone's there
To share; my thoughts with
A gift
The rain still pours
In front of the fireplace my tears hit the floor
For a moment I release my cares
And put away my letter from a friend "...who will always be there."
