The shadows cover his features
Making it hard to see his face
I pray he knows me when he wakes
For I have no memory of him

The distance between us seems endless at most
For I know my heart belongs to his
The love we share is beyond time itself
I long to have him near

Through time and space, I reach out for him
Finding my heart is lost
Never will it be the same
For I have no memory of him
