Treasured memories fill my dreams at night.
My darling you are there things seem right.
When you left me I never really knew why,
Left me all alone with the tears I have cried.

I've tried to understand why things went bad.
I worship you, I thought our love wasn't sad.
My heart was broken when you went away.
Time has mended it a little more each day.

I've forgiven you darling for leaving me alone.
I pray each night you will come back home.
The past is gone except for my memories.
Every night in dreams they're there to see.

If I can not have you to love and be with me,
So may God bless you with love for eternity.
I'll always want you here around me forever.
I can't have you here more dreams the better.
