Love and a Rock

Given enough time,
and your love shall be mine
But your love's like a rock,
so on your door I shall knock
I'll ask to come in,
if yes I shall win
But if you say no and push me away,
I'll continue to knock every single day
cause your love's like a rock and mine is like water,
and eventually my love will completely take over
and once it does it won't lose control,
and we'll be together as we grow old
cause as you know water wasted the rock,
so I guess on your door I'll continue to knock
